Dr. Elzaim is a Family Medicine physician with a strong educational background and extensive clinical experience. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating summa cum laude. From there, he went to Chicago and completed a combined MD/MBA program at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. He came back to Texas to complete residency at Medical City Arlington, where he served as a junior chief resident and gained valuable hands-on experience and leadership skills.

​Currently, he hold credentials at several institutions in the DFW area, including Medical City Arlington, Encompass Rehab hospital, Baylor Orthopedic and Spine hospital, Methodist Mansfield hospital and various skilled nursing facilities in Arlington and Mansfield. His commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care spans across diverse patient populations and healthcare settings, and I'm dedicated to advancing healthcare delivery in my community.
